Returns policy (Online only)

DMG Advertising Limited trading as NZ Habitat Home Scene Interiors is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in its original condition (unworn with packaging/labels attached) within 14 days of receipt, with proof of purchase. We will happily exchange your purchase. Alternatively you can exchange online purchases at our store, simply bring your packing slip or confirmation email with you as proof of purchase. However please do contact us before going to the store for exchange, as we might not have all stocks available in the store. DMG Advertising Limited trading as NZ Habitat Home Scene Interiors has the right to decline returns if the product is not returned in its original condition or returned outside of the 14 day period. Please be aware any delivery fee incurred is non-refundable.

How to return product

After contacted us at melissa@nzhabitat.co.nz and got approval of return request. You can return product to following store address in person or by courierĀ  providing all the terms and conditions of our returns policy have been met. Please return the product with the purchase confirmation letter as your proof of purchase.

*Postage charges on returns are non-refundable.

We will process your exchange or refund within 7 working days of receipt of your parcel.

Habitat Home Scene Interiors does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit while being returned. We recommend that you use a postage service that provides tracking and delivery to the door.

Faulty product

If you receive faulty or incorrect product, pleaseĀ email us at melissa@nzhabitat.co.nz. Please quote your order number. We will arrange to rectify the problem.
